Devkota Secondary School in Sunwal, West Nawalparasi has launched its own 'Auto Workshop and Servicing Center' to help students earn income. The chairman of the school management committee, Gnanahari Aryal, said that the garage was opened with the aim of making the students studying at the technical school in Somnath, Sunwal Municipality 1, study, learn skills and earn money. According to the school, 50 percent of the income from the garage will be spent on the students and some percent will be spent on the management of the garage and the school.
Khemlal Sharma, Principal of Devkota Secondary School, said that in order to instill the feeling that hard work is also important in addition to theoretical knowledge, and students are provided with employment along with their studies.
